Persons paying with credit cards may register on-line. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB will be accepted. Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. The cancellation form is available on-line. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Before and including May 31, 2008 - Full refund less USD50.00 processing fee
June 1, 2008 and after - No refund
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to May 31, 2008 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be informed in writing of any alteration or transfers. |
