The Korean Organizing Committee of WCP 2008 is pleased to offer various selections of hotels around the Congress venue, Seoul National University. These hotels have been sorted by A group and B group according to the payment process. As all rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early reservation through the official housing bureau, Meci Tour Inc, is highly recommended. |

| HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION & PAYMENT |
- A Type Hotels - The reservation should be made through the official housing bureau, Meci Tour Inc. However, the payment of room will be made directly to the Hotel upon check-out.
- B Type Hotels - The reservation should be made through the official housing bureau, Meci Tour Inc. as well as payment upon check out. Room-only payment receipt will be issued under the name of Meci Tour Inc. by e-mail or fax upon individual request AFTER the congress. |

| ¢Â CANCELLATION POLICY ¢Â |
1. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing through Meci Tour.
2. Cancellation received till July 16, 2008 : No penalty
3. Cancellation received till July 24, 2008 : 50 % of one night room rate will be charged to your credit card as a penalty.
4. Cancellation received after July 17, 2008 or no - show : one night room rate will be charged. |
